After they finished if you did not see the new awning, you would never have known they were there. Also, they were willing to move our outdoor furniture wherever we wished. We love our newly installed sunsetter awning through smart repairs. It's one of the best decisions we have made for our new home. The company itself is very efficient and quick in giving response and prompt in their service. We had it ordered , got it delivered and fixed in the given time frame. And yes the awning does help to bring the home temperature down by a few degrees.. I love it .. love it.. Smart repairs you guys did awesome job.

From my first phone call and following visit with the Sales Manager to the men who installed my selection, everyone was very professional, explained all options plus how to operate my awning, it has been a pleasure. We recently had a bathtub conversion done to our existing shower/tub. This bathtub cut-out, now provides a much safer access to step into the shower. The cost was considerably less than remodeling for a complete walk-in shower. Randy was very personable and prompt. He completed the job in a fraction of the time we had anticipated this conversion to take! He was very consciousness of cleanliness and on completion, what remained was a great new and safe way to step into our shower! The work was great and the price was very reasonable. I would recommend Smart Repairs for a job well done indeed!

I have used Smart Repairs twice now and found them to be helpful, reliable and prompt in their communication. I have two lovely awnings from them and highly recommend them for ease of use for those sunny spots you spend a lot of time in. Not only has it lowered my AC bills in the summer, but it's very pleasant to sit underneath them and enjoy the outdoors even when it's raining! My new one has a wind sensor and a remote control so I don't have to worry about the weather.

Smart repairs before they start they go over it with the person or persons they are dealing with then they get started and they always make sure all the way through the project that you’re happy with their work and I was very satisfied for the work they done.

We contacted Smart Repairs because we were interested in replacing the fabric on our SunSetter awnings. They came the next day with fabric samples and we had a good discussion about the process. Because of a delay in getting our house painted, Smart Repair was able to order and store the new fabric for several months and when our house was done, they came the next day and reinstalled the awnings and replaced the fabric. Everyone at Smart Repair was very professional and they did a great job.Thanks!

Installers were very professional and friendly. I was shown how to use my remote for operating my new awning, which is, BEAUTIFUL!! They completed the job quickly! The installers should receive ten stars.
